1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or broken toys caused during transit.

2. Reporting Damage

Customers must report damaged products within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Return Approval

After verification, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund will be processed after the damaged product is received at our address.

  • Refund will be credited within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
